This is suppose to be Wordless Wednesday but I feel the need to explain. I am not a photographer, as I am sure I didn't even need to state that, but this photo was so vibrant and colourful until I uploaded it through Blogger. It's the only appropriate photo I have at the moment so it is going to have to do. I am disappointed. Mainly because the colours are not true to the original. Anyone know why?
Note to self: take that photography class you have always wanted to take.

Cheeky: Here is my (wordless) response. I don't know! :) But when you find out, let me know. There are so many gorgeous colors out there. It may have something to do with the light, though. I know I am certainly an amateur. Happy Thanksgiving!
I can't ever go wordless myself, have to say SOMETHING :)
FWIW, the colors still look pretty spectacular to me.
This happens to me sometimes with Blogger too, though. I don't know why, but it's rather annoying.
Happy Thanksgiving :)
it may be the setiing of your camera-rgb or cmyk?
Suz,
I liked your wordless response. Funny!
Scribbit,
Yes, and yours even had sound! Ha!
Sognatrice,
Thanks and hoping you and P had a special Thanksgiving.
Colorsonmymind,
Erm........rgb and cmyk is like a language I don't speak. I so appreciate the help, only I have no idea what you are talking about.
Hey there, Cheeky. Happy Thanksgiving to you!
About the photo, I think the blue sky is quite vivid. Beautiful. It is pretty this time of year, isn't it?
Sometimes the "automative levels or colour" in imaging programs dulls the images we're working on(although we can still see the colours on the leaves in your photo). I sometimes bump up the saturation or the contrast through Photoshop to get a slightly brighter image.
I don't know, but I still like it.
Susanna,
Happy *belated* Thanksgiving to you!
The sky looks ok but the colours of the red were so much better before uploaded to Blogger. I don't have Photoshop, yet! One of the things I am longing to have because I want so badly to know how to use it and all it entails. All of the wonderfully creative things one can do with it, and Illustrator. It's a big purchase.
Nadine,
Thanks. That made me laugh.
I think your photo looks fine but definitely take the photo class. Everyone needs to keep learning and keep expanding their hobbies. Go for it!
Karen,
The class is something I want to do, among many other things. : ) I need to make a plan.
Oh, it stil looks wonderfully lovely! I want to be there today... In that photo...
If you find out the answer, share please. I've noticed colors changing in the photos I upload, too.
beautiful photo anyway. this always happens to me.
